In most cases, cpp template source files are always organized in
inclusive mode. So, here we only talk about the template source file
organization under the inclusive mode.

it should be inclusive mode or inclusion model. I was careless. This

where? Do you mean by "inclusion mode" that templates are normally
in .h files and #included. I've heard of programming standards where
templates were put in another sort of file (.t?) and either #included
or somehow pulled in via the export (import) mechanism. I'd be
interested in a discussion about this. Even (perhaps especially!) if
it showed I was talking rubbish!
