I have a programme which gives :

1) different virtual time(user + sys) for different run. Obviously,
Real time(clock time) for that programme will be different at
different run.
2) same virtual time and different Real time for different run.

How we can interpret above two conditions. I put this question on this
group because this is the most active group.

That still doesn't make this group the appropriate one. A group for
your system would really be the best.

In a timesharing system, virtual time and real time will often be
different, because of the presence of other processes, that will be
scheduled. If you want strict realtime behaviour, using an RTOS is the
best choice.
