Tomcat cannot startup via windows form

Hi,

I have just installed Tomcat 5.0 and am experiencing a problem with
the starting up of the application. I have already set both the
CATALINA_HOME and JAVA_HOME environment variables, but am not able to
start the Tomcat via the Windows startup panel. Strangely, the apps
run normally if I were to start it from the DOS command line, inside
the Tomcat bin folder.

Appreciate your thoughts on this.
