Turn off TextBoxWaterMarkExtender

Doing this in VB.Net / VS2008.

I have a bunch of Textboxes with the watermarkextender in Panel1. I'm trying
to write a For Each loop that will turn off this extender with a certain
button. Can someone help me? This is what I tried, but I'm not even close.
