I'm getting the above error and I can't figure out why...

Here is the line:
Response.Write Server.HTMLEncode(queryRS("characterization"))

Running IIS 6.0

Is the value in your recordset null?


Try this.

Response.Write
Server.HTMLEncode(queryRS.Fields.Item("characterization").Value & "")
