Upload File In Asp.net

Hi,

I need create a web page that include "Input File" box -- to allow use attach the file, some other input text box -- allow user input some other information, and one submit button -- Send user's information to my database. Check box-- to give the user choose the information and dropdownlist.

My problem is:

How to stored data which insert by user to my database and show out when the people do a seach.

Can you help me on this questions?
