Using XML

Hello all:

I would like to read data from SQL2K Server, encrypt the data, write the
data in XML form, then decrypt the data, send it to the web page at client
side. The language I use is VB.Net/ASP.Net. Is there anyone knows how to do
this?

SQL=======> XML file =======> WebPage(Client)
Encrypt Decrypt
