Validation Focus is too close

Hi,

When a validation fails after hitting the Submit button the Focus is Flush
with the Control being validated at the top of the screen.

I would like to have it Focus 10-20 pixels above the Control.

Using CustomValidation Tricks can do it But do you have a better Idea,
Anyone???
