VS automation - api to copy web form

Hi

I need to programmatically duplicate web form as:

I have a web application
and suppose inside i have abc.aspx (plus associated web form files)

now I have a c# console application that runs periodically handling orders
and one of the things it needs to do is:

in the web application create a COPY of abc.aspx web form under the name
abc123.aspx
(of course "123" will be different each time)

Can I do it??? Sample would be great
