Weblogic 8.1 stop

Hi,

I have weblogic installed, and I can run my Web application. I can
start the server by using the script (startWeblogic.sh/.cmd). But there
is no stopWeblogic.sh/.cmd !!??
Is there any proper way to stop the server, other than CTRL+C (Unix) or
closing the command window (Win)?
