Hyperlink columns in the datagrid seem immune to size settings. ItemStyle,
HeadingStyle etc work fine for data columns in the grid except for the
hyperlink column. Changing the text size setting in the browser chahges the
text size of the hyperlink, while the rest of the fields display as
specified programatically or as per the CSS.
