worker process recycle event?

In 2.0 you can do this with the health monitoring features. I have

Currently the option to upgrade to 2.0 is not an option for this client, is
there any want to catch these events in 1.1???

In 1.1, I believe the only option is to have IIS log the recycle event
to the system event log:
