XML::RAI for CAP

I am parsing rss v2.0 files using XML::RAI, but what I really want is
to parse CAP files from the national weather service. Does anyone know
of a module to do this, or a way to modify RAI to do CAP instead of
vanilla RSS?

You are making a lot of assumptions about your audience. For example,
*whose* national weather service are you talking about?

Anyway, a cursory search via Google came up with the following site which
has links to further information:

Uhh, excuse me, but the files I want to parse are scraped from that
URL. That wasnt the question. Please read the post before responding.

Noted. I've been posting to newsgroups since the 80's, but only
recently began to use Google as my news reader...

My original question was directed to anyone that had experience parsing
XML/CAP files from perl.
