Add reference to Active X control

D

Do

Hi,

I'm developing in Win2k Pro and am using
the DSOFile.dll which allows me to access MS Office properties for files.
I simply added the reference to this and VS.net put it in my \bin folder.

When I copy the project to my Win2k3 host, and run the app, it
says the component can't be found (some CSLID error).
Should it have worked at this point?

So I asked them to register the .dll manually. It still doesn't work.
Am I missing something here?

Thanks,

Do
