As announced in [ruby-list:44890] (Japanese), this year's RubyKaigi
wishes to invite those with commit rights to the Ruby svn repository
as "Ruby Comitters" to attend RubyKaigi 2008 to be held in Tsukuba, Japan
over the period from Friday, June 20 to Sunday, June 22, 2008.

helped to build the language we have come to love, Ruby.
