[ANN] RubyConf registration and Call For Proposals now open!

Hi everyone --

You can now register for RubyConf, and the Call For Proposals for
conference talks is also open.

More details and links at http://www.rubyconf.org.

Registration is at the early-bird rate of $300 until September 1, then
the regular rate of $350.

See you in New Orleans!
