Hi

Is there a version for asp.net configuration utility that can be distributed
to clients so they can manage their own users for instance?

If you're sending a client an ASP.NET application that will run off of their
own server, then they will already have access to the ASP.NET configuration
utility because it comes with .NET Framework 2.0 when IIS is installed.

Please note, however, that this also gives your clients full access to your
configuration and may be a potential source of error to the point that the
application may not be functional (and that they blame you for it).
