Does anybody know what the erroe 128 mean in ilink32 (BCC5.5.1) ?
There is nothing in docs about.

Yes, the people in the newsgroup family
do. Note that you must connect to
Borland's server, nntp:newsgroups.borland.com, directly to post to
these groups.
