Breakpoints ignored in component

I have two projects in the same solution.
One of them contains a component, that is finished, and installed in
the toolbox.

In the second project I have added this component to the webform.
All works fine.

Problem is, I am not able to set breakpoints in the source code for the
component so that the debugger stops there, breakpoints are ignored.

Are there any proper steps I should go through, to ensure that I can
debug my component, at runtime?

I've never had a problem with this, as long as both projects are build with
Debugging turned on.

No, so there must be something that confuses the debugger, any
suggestions appreciated.
