While trying to run the asp.net or even select website, asp.net
configuration error:
Message was to the effect: port 1027 attempt was made to access a
socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
Other projects were unaffected and worked fine.
The only solution was to copy and paste the files from the 'bad'
project to the new project. Ran fine after.
There was nothing exotic done to the original project and it was
working fine unitl the error message. The environment is VPC 04.
