calling a webservice hosted on jBoss from asp.net

i created a web reference in my asp.net project, and it found the WSDL file.
when i do this with an asp.net web service, i can then dimension variables
of the types exposed by the web service. however, in this case, with the
web service on jBoss, it seems no types are exposed. i don't have a clue
what i am supposed to do in order to consume this web service.

would appreciate any ideas.

thanks,
joe

what web services stack are you using with JBoss? AXIS?
GLUE? something else? (Does JBoss include a webservices stack now?)

what do you mean "no types are exposed" ?

Axis.

No types are exposed means that there was no proxy stub created. I even
tried to create the proxy stub using the WSDL tool, but it couldn't do it.

Anyway...i found the developer of the web service and he indicated that .Net
had a problem working with the complex types defined in the WSDL file.

thanks,
joe
