Disable "Create a new class file now" Dialog box in VS.NET

Hello,

Whenever I add an existing aspx/ascx file to the project, a dialog box
saying "There is no class file in the project associaated with the Web
Form 'blah.ascx'. Create a new class file now?"

This is a Yes|No dialog box.
This is fine when theres a couple of files, but when there are 40+
files, clicking "No" 40+ times (I'd like to get everything working
before using Codebehind) gets highly annoying.

Is there an add-in, parameter that allows me to disable this message box
or use a message box that has "Yes to all" or "No to all" functionality?

Thank you,

I found that holding down Alt-N makes 40-~200 adding aspx/ascx files
tolerable, but am still interested in disabling the box or "Yes to All"
and "No to All" functionality.
