Draw a line across my form

    Hi

Im new to web design and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to
create a simple straight line that goes across my form appearing to
divide the page into two halves. I have enclosed my form in a field set
so it would look best if my line looked the same as the fieldset border
    line.

    Can anyone help?

    Kind regards

How about styling a <hr> element?
