Dynamic Menu nav drop-down on the click event, instead of rollover

In Visual Studio 2005, the dynamic navigation (or second nav) from the Menu
control drops-down on the rollover of the mouse cursor on the static
navigation (or main nav). How I can change the behavior, so the dynamic
navigation will drop-down on the click event, not on the rollover event?
