Eclipse, WST and an existing Project

Ok here's my problem:
I created a webapp Project using Maven 2 and it works just perfect
untill now. Now I want to speed up development a bit further by using
the WST-Plugin for Eclipse, thus eliminating the need to manually build
and deploy the whole thing to the server over and over again.
How do I deploy my project on the server running inside Eclipse? Is
there a fast and easy way to do this, without refactoring the whole
project again?
Also I'd like to know if there's some sort of beginners guide to WST
that explains step-by-step how to get started with WST.

Thank you for your time,
