First time attempt at installing scipy

Hello everyone, I am trying to install scipy into python so I can practice using python to analyze data instead of R, since I am having trouble with that software.

I have a screenshot of my attempt using IDLE and the instructions on the site:https://scipy.org/install/

I hope you can help me figure out where I am going wrong.
