Free UML tool

Hello,

I'm looking for free UML modeling tool, with possibility of creating models
from java code (reverse engineereing).

Unfortunately it has also to be free for commercial use.

Yes, but adds a lot of comments and makes rubbish of your code. Besides I am
looking for something standalone, not eclipse plugin.
