Gathering CVS statistics with Java

Hello

Does anybody know if there is a Java API out there that can process CVS
metadata and gather some statistics i.e. :

- lines of code
- lines of documentation
- number of methods
- number of classes and ...
from a specific repository.

Phil Hanna did write a servlet that gives most of the information you want.
