Help Finding Java Resources!

Hello All!

I know this site's purpose is to share and troubleshoot ideas with
each other. I currently work for a Health Care provider that is in
need of contract Java Programmers and I am having a hard time finding
them. Could you please direct me to resources you use to find work,
post resumes, or seek out contracts? It would be greatly appreciated!
I am a smaller consulting firm founded on hard work and morals in need
of a little assistance! THANK YOU!
