How to create dropdownlist in datagrid in RUN TIME?

Hi,

I know how to create dropdownlist in datagrid when the number of columns are fixed. When it is not fixed, I need to create dropdownlist in runtime. I tried Itemtemplate, but don't know how to create dropdownlist. Can someone help me?
