I can NOT install Anaconda on my Windows laptop correctly

Hello all:
This is Geek Sebastian. In order to learn Python by myself, I bought a 2nd-hand Windows laptop. First of all, please read the attachment T

which shows all the error messages after I typed and executed the commands in the terminal of Anaconda Prompt on my laptop. The most obvious difference between T and Anaconda Prompt

displayed in the AI e-book which I read is that no "Python" is shown in T. Please read the attachment Windows Command Prompt

on my laptop, it shows the similar contents of Anaconda prompt. I even downloaded Chrome to browse the e-book and installed Anaconda, however, the error messages are all the same.
I detail how I installed Anaconda step by step according to the instructions written inthe e-book shown in the following attachments.

Can you kindly check them out and then tell me what mistake(s) I made during the installing processes?

Hi there, thanks for your detailed replies, and the problem has been solved in the following way: WHEN opening a python terminal for the 1st time, type python, then hit ENTER.

Hi - I don’t know what’s going on on your machine. But it may be that you have two versions of Python available (3.7 and 3.11), either one may be fine for the book you’re studying. Trying reading the Anaconda documentation about how to switch between different Python versions: conda list env...
