IE and FF

Hello,

I tried to display a vertical text by the following markup:

<div style="writing-mode: tb-rl;filter: flipv fliph;">Vertically
Rotated Text</div>

But the vertical text displays on the IE, but not the Firefox. I
understand this often happens, but like to learn to make it work on
both the IE and FF. Please teach. Thanks a lot.
