iis with windows xp?

i intend to buy a computer with windows xp.
Is there a webserver included (like iis) and if not, how to get one?

IIS is only included with XP Professional and not XP Home.

IIS comes with XPPro, and cannot be run on XP Home. But you can use
other server on XP Home. Prime example is Apache, a fre, open-source
and *extremely* widely-used web server: http://httpd.apache.org
