Insert client-side script directly after body tag

Hi All,

I need to add an Client Script Include directly after the body tag (I
am using masterpages).

This is to get a particular piece of JavaScript to work in IE 6

I know i cannot use IsClientScriptIncludeRegistered/
RegisterClientScriptInclude; IsOnSubmitStatementRegistered/
IsStartupScriptRegistered; RegisterOnSubmitStatement /
RegisterStartupScript;

Since all the combinations do not place js in the correct place with
in rendered HTML
