This newsgroup is not own, hosted, nor monitored by Google. I doubt
you'll get any position with 0 experience in Java. My understanding is
that Google doesn't hire people without degrees. While I disagree with
this practice, it rules you flat out

When applying for jobs, and really even when posting to newsgroups (employers
often search newsgroups for applicants' posts these days), avoid leetspeak.

"u" is not a word except when referring to the letter.

Sentences should have a subject and a verb. "Am" should be "I am." The word
"I" is capitalized, always.

So is the word "Java". Employers might not be impressed if you can't even
spell the name of the language they're hiring programmers for.
