JTAPI monitor all calls?

I have a need for an application to monitor all calls going on within
a Cisco Call Manager - I think that JTAPI might be the way to go...
Basically I just need to be able to detect any incoming or outgoing
calls system-wide. I don't need to do any kind of control, but I do
need to be able to determine the extension that the call is going to/
from. I would highly prefer to have only one (or maybe even a few)
points to monitor, but I don't want to have to monitor ALL phones if I
can avoid it.

Can anyone comment on this? At least to confirm or disconfirm that
JTAPI can do this?
