.NET framework 1.1 istallation problem

I'm having this problem while installing the .NET framework 1.1.

the error message is like this:

Error 1935

An error occured during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft_VsaVb,
Version="7.0.5000.0",PublicKeyToken="b03f5f7f11d50a3a",culture="neutral",FileVersion="7.10.3052.4'"

HRESULT : 0x80070005

please.. who ever know how to solve this problem... help me ... thanks in
