I'm using a sitemap to define the menu structure of a web site and a treeview
control to display it. But I want some nodes not to be clickable, not to have
a url assignt to them, but on click to expan/collapse and show/hide subnodes
which are links. If I remove the url for that node in the web.sitemap file,
the node und the subnodes are not displayed at all. How can I do this?
