give me guidance to solve this proble

the following is the error i get

Hi satish
Make sure that the class in the codebehind file is named filelist. This is a probable error when the class is not found

I had the same problem, but after stopping the 'world wide web
publishing service' in service, building the application and starting
the service, the problem was solved!

It look's like a locking of some dll when the service is running!
