I was wondering if there's any way to access the RAA metadata any more;
The old XML and YAML files aren't available any more, and I see a SOAP
interface at http://www.ruby-lang.org/xmlns/soap/interface/RAA/0.0.4/
that's apparently linked to an older version of the RAA, and another
SOAP interface at http://raa.ruby-lang.org/soap/1.0.2/ that gives you
WEBrick errors when you browse to it. =20
So, what's the deal? Is there some new (apparently undocumented)
mechanism for obtaining RAA project metadata?
