setup creator for java programs

i wanted to knows some software that could
make setup for for my java programs , i searched on google i found one
install creator any one has another resource plz , i do not have
working knowledge of any java IDE

Java Web Start is designed for launching/installing
Java pplications (and applets). Here are some examples..

BTW - please put a single Upper Case letter at the start
of each sentence. This helps the reader to scan the text.
