I have a person that reports to me that has never been
a programmer. This person's responsibilities now include
administration of WebSphere Application Server. Can
someone recommend a company that provides java training?

TIA

There is a company called Developmentor that flew me down to LA to
interview as a potential instructor. They turned me down. So they
must be good. :)

I was impressed by their written materials. The other instructors who
grilled me were certainly knowledgeable.

Now there's an ass backwards approach
to assigning responsibilities.
