UNISIM Library problem

Hallo Everyone

My problem:
I have an existing VHDL project designed with Xilinx's ISE 9.1i. In this project I use the Xilinx UNISIM Library since I have to instantiate IOBUF's and a DCM. I want to incorporate/import this design into an Altium Designer 6 FPGA project. This is a Xilinx UNISIM question, not Altium Designer

When I try to compile the VHDL project in Altium I get an error message stating that vcomponents inside the UNISIM library is not compiled. After a lot of tinkering&searching I established that other people have previously struggled with the same problem but this problem stays unresolved. On the Altium forum it was proposed that the UNISIM source files (unisim_SMODEL.vhd, unisim_VITAL.vhd, unisim_VPKG.vhd, unisim_VCOMP.vhd) in directory ($XILINX\vhdl\src\unisims
) should be added to a newly created Altium Designer VHDL library named unisim.vhdlib. This library must be compiled by Altium, but it’s not compiling properly. Altium gives an error message:-
(VHDL Simulator ($C0007) : Unbound instance I1 of component INV) Resolving this error just gives new ones later down the file.

Now my question is what alternatives do I have:-
1. Can I get the precompiled UNISIM lib files from somewhere that will work with Altium Designer?
2. Can I use compxlib.exe to compile general? UNISIM libraries or must it be targeted to a specific program. Compxlib.exe does not support Altium only Modelsim and couple of others

Thanks for your help.
