unsynchronized text streams in OGG (lyrics)

Hi,

I heard somewhere that OGG container format is capable of storing
arbitrary long text streams inside OGG container. I would love to use
it for storing lyrics inside the .ogg files.

Is it true? Could anybody provide more information how to do it? Is
there any Python code for doing this?
