Hi,
When I try to add a web reference, I got the following message "There
was an error downloading 'http://scsvcoedb02/testWS1/Service1.asmx'.
The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable."
Although it displays the web methods correctly in the window at the
left. The same service works fine if "http://localhost" is used
instead of a computer name.
Using wsdl.exe to generate client proxy encounters the same error.
