Also , have a look at the doc for :

org.apache.xml.serialize.OutputFormat
org.apache.xml.serialize.XMLSerializer

at

http://xmlc.enhydra.org/software/documentation/doc/user-doc/index.html

since these classes are probably part of your JRE .

This is pretty easy to use :

sthg like :

FileWriter fw = new FileWriter(someFilePath);
OutputFormat outputFormat = new OutputFormat(someDoc, "ISO-8859-1",
true);
XMLSerializer xmlSerializer = new XMLSerializer(fw, outputFormat);
xmlSerializer.serialize(someDoc);

where someDoc is...yes....an org.w3c.dom.Document
