Zone Alarm and ASP.NET 2.0

I can't get web projects to run at all when Zone Alarm (7.0.x) is running.
Is it possible? I can't find anything on the web about it.

Yes, that's exactly what I did.

The only nugget of information I got from Google is that in 2004 version 5
broke VS.NET 2003, and people were advised to roll back to 4.5. Considering
they're on version 7 now and it's been more than 3 years, I was hoping to
find something a little different, like, perhaps, they decided to fix the
problem, or give us specific settings that need to be applied. Questions
pertaining to problems with VS.NET on Zone Lab's own user fourms have gone
completely unanswered.
