A patented website form?

R

richard

I was looking at a website and these guys have "pat pending" slapped
on the pages.
They give a link to the pto website and you find out it's been pending
for nearly 3 years.

I wasn't aware that you were allowed to patent forms that are readily
available for use by anyone. That's kind of like trying to patent a
calendar. I didn't see anything in this form that hasn't been
implimented by a few zillion others.
