a question related to web server or asp.net?

Hi, all

I have a question but I am not sure it's related to IIS or ASP.NET?
When a user at my web site, how can I display (for example)
http://www.somesite.com all the time instead of fully url address like
http://www.somesite.com/customer/login.aspx ?
Is there any setting needed on IIS or code on *.aspx files?

Use frames.
The main page will not change, because all the navigation will happen inside
a frame within the page.
