adding Wiki....

A loooooong time ago I saw a post where someone asked about adding a
Wikipedia type message area to their website. Someone sent a link from
Wikipedia btu I'm unable to find it.

I thought I'd return here and ask. I have a website about video games. For
each console I'll have a brief history listed, but often the information is
incomplete or there are differing opinions. I wanted people to be able to
add their comments to create a type of master database of information and
theories.

Any tips on the best way to do this? I'm self taught so there are some
holes in my training...but I'm always eager to learn. :)

Thanks,
Eric

You could set up a blog where all the comments are listed after your
article. That way, you don't get the problem with wiki where you get into an
edit war, perhaps.

Thanks for the tip. In the end I'll write descriptions for 100-200
consoles. Is it possible to incorporate that many blogs into my website?

Thanks,
Eric
